About Association of Disaster Managers without Borders (ADMB).

Association of Disaster Managers without Borders (ADMB) is a registered Non-Government Organization with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). We are committed to promoting Disaster Management and Risk Reduction in Nigeria and across the globe. The organization consists of individuals with professional training on disaster risk reduction and emergency management.

Disasters are events bedeviling development in the society but the frequency of their occurrence has forced the world to continue to initiate plan on effective mitigation and management strategy to reduce and manage the associated risks.In the stir of observable change on the approach to disaster management and risk reduction, there arise a need for concerted effort towards saving lives, protect property and environment. It is against this back drop that we have come together as like-minds to promote the ideals of disaster risk management under the umbrella of Association of Disaster Managers without Borders (ADMB).

We shall bring together leaders, men and women, youths, businessmen and women, artist and artisans, sportsmen and women, physically challenged persons, widow associations, religious community, traditional and market leaders, school teachers, trade union and all masses committed to the ideal of safety of lives , property and environment in Nigeria and across the globe.

We intend to achieve our strategy, vision, mission, aims and objective by bringing together members of the society irrespective of status, tribe, religion, sex and political affiliation to make disaster management effort a reality. We are humanitarian NGO, which supports aid organizations and other humanitarian actors across the globe by developing skills and providing expertise. This is to ensure disaster prone communities are resilient by giving them practical life saving skills, advice and support, which help them prepare for, respond to and recover from natural and man made disasters.
